reupholstery would be cheaper.

You already have the seat frame. You just need new fabric. No need to buy a second set of frames.

--PLUS--

you can pick your color and fabric style!

Re-upholster is definitely the way to go.

If you're dead set against that, you may try one of the local salvage yards. Of course, there's no guarantee with that though...

You can go to a local upholster shop and get some custom made which will probably be the cheapest route but you could also go to ford and order replacement covers. They are held on with clips and zippers so it shouldnt be too hard to change them out yourself plus you can get an exact color match.

reupholster - say that 5 times

OE would be exact color match, less the 14 years of fading, reupholster all or buy a whole set, I bet the entire OE set would be 2 weeks pay.

What year truck? I live near Elkhart, IN. There must be at least 50 shops there that build campers, heavy duty trucks, and coversion vans and trucks. You can pick up all kinds new take off items. Seats typically cost about $200-$300. Wheels with tires are $250-$500. Typically the will have stock for several years after the vehicle was last produced. Some of these parts get shipped to various parts of the country. You can usually find ads in the back of auto trader type magazines.
