Question seat belts quit working HELP!

Got a problem I could use some help with. Yesterday the seat belts quit working. He has the Motorized Shoulder Belt Passive Restraint System. The belts stay in the up position; don’t go up and down when you open and close the door anymore. I checked the fuse and it looks OK. Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I realize this isn’t an F150 question, but with the wealth of Ford knowledge on this forum, maybe someone has had some experience dealing with this problem they could share.
Thanks

those motors are notorious for going out. Go to the junkyard and get a working seatbelt motor, replace it, and you are done.

I fixed it. It ended up being a bad “Y” wire on the passive restraint module supply check. The insulation was worn and probably shorting out. There was a load of crap under the seat, books, tools, trash, you name it, and it was there. As soon as I fix the wire in question and plugged the connectors back in, the belts returned to the A-pillar position and work properly now.
