My front passenger side seat belt is hung. I think the belt got twisted down where it rolls up. I looked at it this morning and I don't think I have anything to take the cover off to get to it. What do I need to do?

to remove the panel, you need to remove the couple of panels around it.

They are all fastened with spring clips... so they pop off with no tools
