manual Window Crank Torx Size

Any1 know what size Torx is in a 2000 f-150 's manual window crank?

all my torx's have too short of a shaft to reach it but im willing to grind the shaft thinner for it to fit in...but i'd like to know what size torx i should sacrifice first before having to do trial and error!

Thanks

Size 15 Craftsman item # 41474 according to Sears.

What brand of Torx drivers are you using? It should only take about 1 inch to reach the Torx screw and the Craftsman has 3 inches left over.

I if I remember correctly, I used a Torx 20 on my 2001 when I had to take the window cranks off along with my inside door covers off to put my speakers in. I'm pretty positive about that. But I could be wrong. I'd say go to Sear's and buy the 5 piece Torx driver set. They should have the one your looking for.

According to the Crutchfield directions you need a Torx 15 for door handle and speakers, Torx 20 for manual window crank
