Does anyone know if the front doors of a 98 f150 are the same as a 99 f150, as far as the inside area because I am converting the manual windows and door locks into electric and the one I was looking at ordering says it fits 97-98 and wondering if will work on my 99.

different door skin in 99.

lower map pocket is smaller. different handle. contours are different. very different door.

To the best of my knowledge, the older style skins will fit if you change both. I actually prefer the style of the 97-98 over the 99-03. Cant say why, I just think its nicer/more user friendly.
