Broken Rear Seat-belt Latch

I have a 99 Lariat SC. The rear pasenger side seat belt latch has a broken part inside that prevents the seatbelt from engaging. I have not pulled it out but it looks like it may be part of an all-in-one assy that has both the center and right side together.

1) Has anybody had this apart and can you tell me if there are any tripping points on remove and replace?

2) Is it an assy or can each buckel be replaced? (any idea on cost?)

TIA

What I've read and been told you have to replace the hold setup. There's no replacement parts, due to the way it's made.Your looking at some $$$ or get one off some other truck.Call your Ford parts dept and check on the cost.

Tell your dealer that you want it fixed for free. Even if its out of warranty, those seat belts are a safety item, (obviously), and should be replaced by Ford. They are not something you want to try and fix anyway, best to replace. If you cry hard enuf, I guarantee they will replace them because if you were to get in accident and their seat belt buckle failed and injured someone, they don't want the liability.
