paint

i have some scratches on the plastic pieces and i was wondering if i can can buy like touch up paint from for to do this, not a spray but paint, and iwas wondering if anyone had done this to repair scratches. thanks oh by the way it is the grey interior.

anyone? someone talked about using spray paint but i am looking for more like touch up paint.

I don't know as far as sanding and such but, you can buy interior touch-up paint from the dealership or from www.paintscratch.com

Just have paintscratch add the 'flex additive'.

They actually make a touchup paint for the plastic? Do you know how it looks?

i went to my local ford parts department this weekend and they said they don't seel anykind of interior paint anymore. but they really didn't look like they knwe what they were talking about.

01 XLT, I couldn't tell you how it looks as I've never used 'touchup paint' for the interior. I can attest to the match (or very very close) considering that I used the paintscratch.com paint to paint my sub that sits on the tranny hump.

It's nice...

I'm pretty much positive Stoner that they sell the paint. Just a matter of finding someone that knows what you're needing.

That is interesting I didn't think you could really touch up a scratch in plastic...

some it is scratches it color injected plastic but other parts are accuatly painter like the cup holder and ash trya and driver side left air vent.
