my leather ripped

the drivers side leather seat has a rip so i need to replace the bottom cover. interior code h2, production date 00/04.
the dealer quoted me $350 for the cover NOT INSTALLED. is that the right price, is there an aftermarket place that will match the rest of my interior.

Other options

I usually go through www.fordpartcheap.com. Their prices seem to beat fordpartsnetwork and John is very helpful also. Just another option for you...
