Installed TV/VCR----
Well, for lack of having anything interesting to do last weekend, I decided to make a few changes to the interior in my Screw.
I had a console that contains a TV/VCR combination that I had purchased and installed in the Windstar that I leased for my wife a few years ago, that was just setting around doing nothing.
So, I took the 60 section of my 60/40 front seat out and took it along with the necessary hardware down to my local upholstery shop and had them cut it down to match my (drivers) seat.
Well I installed the console, and the cut down seat and PRESTO,
CHANGEO, we not have a TV/VCR for the two girls to watch when we travel. And I have a very large console to store all the goodies in. Even holds the old .357 so it can not be seen for those long road trips.
I do not have a digital camera, but as soon as I can get my hands on one I will post some pics here. It is really a top notch set up, and cost less than $200.00 since I already had the console.
By the way, I have now had the seats in my Lightning reupholstered in leather, and modified the seat in my Screw. My neighbors all think I have something loose upstairs, but if they only think it, they don't know me to well.
