What are "Expo" seats? If you mean Expedition seats, not they will not bolt up... you will need a substancial amount of work to modify the truck for those. Also, the Expedition console will not bolt up either, nor will the standard F150 console.

If you have a bench seat, thats all that will bolt in without a lot of work.

If you want to mod up the seats, I would suggest going to a local conversion shop and inquiring about options.... this is work that most people would rather leave to the professionals, especially given that, if done wrong, it could kill you in an accident.

From my experience I switched my 97 f150 bench seat to 2002 Lariat seats with the center console. It all bolts in on one condition, you lift your carpet and locate the plugs that are all over the floor board. Not all are threaded so you have to do this yourself. So basically you can switch any f150 seats in our out of trucks. However I cant say for expedition seats, i would tend to think the bolt pattern will fit but i could be wrong.
