Ok, I'm trying to paint some of my hard interior black. Gonna try to mix it up a little. I've already painted my overhead console, the steering column bezel, fuse cover. Ok, now I'm wanting to paint the part of the dash that wraps around the gauges. But it won't come off. It's the part with the headlight ****, dome light adjust, and has a air vent.

Can someone tell me what I need to do to get this off so I can paint it?

Any help on this would be great!!!
