Rockauto.com

I wasnt sure where to place this post but here go's...

I just made my first order on Rockauto.com today as suggestd from many members on many different automobile sites I am a member of including recently on this site.

Things I observed on their site...
1) No contact phone number
2) No address
3) Charge for shipping (no free shipping no matter how much spent)

I know that many folkes buy from them, so they must be reputable, good at handling any parts problems or returns that need to be done.

I usually use eBay (since about 2009) and recently have had good service through Amazon. One thing that has stood out from Amazon is that their shipments usually arrive within 2 business days.

Question: has anyone had an unpleasant experience with Rockauto?

Thank You

I have ordered parts from them many times. Excellent service in my opinion. Sometimes, it is a little hard to determine exactly what to buy because the description is a little lacking.

You can get counterfeit chinese parts on ebay and amazon. Don't know if you can at rockauto?

However, that's not a customer service number. All support is handled online at service@rockauto.com.

For factory OEM parts, there are several Ford dealers that sell parts at a discount. The one I use is tascaparts.com. The same coil that you paid $55 for is $44 there.

I ordered 4 of the Denso Coils off Rockauto, along with a set of spark plugs (cancelled the walmart spark plug order) and a couple of Fuel Injector Connectors.
I figure this rig needs a fresh tune-up.
I have also noticed the some rubber vacuum type hoses in the engine bay are Very Old so I am going to look into what each one is called so I can order new ones.

Would you have a site that shows the 2001 f150 5.4l Engine Bay with all the parts Named? (every single part in the engine bay)
I tried to find a picture online of what I am looking for but haven't found one yet.
