leds

Good morning, I'm brand new to this forum. I would like to know if there is a proper and safe way to add 2 led lights to my 2018 f150 so that they come on with the high beams. Can someone point me in the right direction please. Thanks. I'm hoping there is some plug and play aftermarket wiring harness available so that I don't have to splice any wires. Thanks again

You can add additional lighting (LED or otherwise) to your truck and trigger them to come on with your high beams. I've done it to all of my trucks going all the way back to 1995. Unfortunately, you're not going to find a plug-n-play harness to do it. That said, the wiring required is pretty simple. All you need is a relay that you'll wire to the battery, a ground, a switch (if you want one) and a trigger wire to your high beam circuit.

Thanks, I'm still contemplating just putting them on a switch to come on when I want them to. Maine is so screwed up I need to check to see if it's actually legal to put them on the highbeam circuit
