How to wire leds to interior lights

Greetings everyone,
I'm new to the forums so bare with me. Also I know this topic has came up before but I am installing ledglow interior lights to my 2011 f150 xlt and I want them to turn on and off when the doors are open and close. I currently have them running 12v constantly from the fuse box. I believe I used the interior lights fuse. So I want to hook the ground To my dome lights but I'm not sure where the wire is located nor do I know the color of it. I was thinking of wiring them to my door switch but I have some ford illuminated door sills coming so I don't want to overload the wire. Can someone provide me with a good way to connect these led lights. Thank you.

You can use my method of parallel-branching off the existing light fixture wiring harness, to add to an existing circuit.

I made a post last week.
