adjusted the fog lights
adjusted the fog lights
I got sick of my factory fog lights shining so low down that at night, i couldn't even see the beam on the road, SO..although many said they were aimed correctly (I guess not being able to even see the road is considered correctly)
One guy who works for Ford even said they were NOT adjustable.
Got under the truck tonight, inspected the rear of the fog lights, noticed a wire spring system on one side of each lamp. Small screw on the bottom, which I turned with a Phillips screwdriver.... VOILA! the lights began to adjust upwards. Took the truck on a "test drive" with the fogs illuminated, and after many miles on all types of roads, not one vehicle flashed me, with their high beams. For anyone who says a 2006-2009 F150 with the round fog lights are not adjustable, this is FALSE. + you'll see a lot better.
