Different Ford part number but same item??

Different Ford part number but same item??
My 2006 F150 burnt out a turn signal socket.
The part number on it is 2U5A 13411-LB
Ford parts site only lists it as 13411 - Exterior Light Bulb Socket 90* (there is also a non-90* one with the same part number)
Searching around (google, ebay, etc) I see this item with different prefix and suffix but still shows 13411 in the middle and the pictures look like the correct item. If I were to hunt for this item in the junkyard is there any reason why a 90* 13411 with different suffix and prefix wouldn't work for me?
