Has anyone wired up DRLs in 09+ F150s?

I have a couple of xb led angel eyes that I want to run as DRLs and I need a power source for them. I was planning on adding a circuit to the radio fuse but it turns out that the radio fuse is inside the cab on the passenger side. The power distribution box that's in the engine compartment runs high amp fuses; I wouldn't think it'd be a good idea to tap low-amp leds into those.

I'm looking for a better option than to tap into the park lamps. I want the leds on with ACC/engine ON and off when powered off. Can anyone suggest a viable power source for this function? Or should I go through the firewall and tap into the radio fuse inside the cab?

I tapped into a wire on the passenger side top of firewall on my 06. It's only hot when truck is in run. I used the run wire as a trigger and hooked it up to a relay for power, to run my DRL ccfl halos.
