Anyone know what lights these are?

Does anyone know what type of lights these are?

They look like the Motorsports Series 9" Round Biolight by Pro Comp but those lights are all black.

They have a cover on them, so it looks like they just took a clear cover and smoked it. Hard to tell what actual lights are underneath though.

Smoking/painting/tinting lights that are purchased solely to provide more output seems to defeat the purpose from my point of view..

Those are covers on the lights. Not the light's themselves.
