2007 F150 headlight issue

I have a 2007 F150 base truck with the small V8. All my lights work except for the headlights (low and high beams). The fuses are good, relay high beam is good and I have zero power to the headlight bulb after checking with voltmeter.

What else am I missing to check? Or what is the issue? Could it be a fuse panel issue or switch issue?

Thanks for your help.

From: In the fast lane from LA to Tokyo...
Check the fuses
If they're good
Then check the switch
If its good
Then check the multi function switch in the steering column
