More detail about your kit.

Are you looking for analog or digital? 35w or 50w? Cheap china or decent quality?

Most ballasts are sold in pairs, and you can't buy just one alone.

oh but you can get the super good chinese ones for like 10 bucks apiece on ebay for slim 35W ballast. lol have you tried contacting the place where bought them, you might be able to work a replacement deal if they offered it at the time of purchase..

well i believe any regular run of the mill 35w ballast will work. just look on ebay. maybe pick up two and go ahead replace both fog light ballast's and keep the working ballast as a spare for your heads. contact ddm and see if they offer any replacements for you

DDM no longer is selling the 35W HID kits.

Check and see if retro-solutions has replacement ballasts for you.

I have another site I can refer you to, but check with RS first.

They most likely will replace it, but you are going to have to pay shipping both ways.
