My overhead Temp reading is out

My overhead center temp. reading light is out. Cycled off and on, it came on for a second and then nothing. I read the how to article to check and see if resistor was not fully against board, checked mine out and the resistor is flat aginst circuit board. Any other ideas anyone else has would be great. Or do I need a new circuit board?
Thanks

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nH-QzSZp-Hs This may help. Sometimes those resistors seem to be ok, but believe me, they need to be soldered. I know that because that is the way i fixed it, and mine seemed to be ok too. As I don't have de tool to solder, I took my truck to an audio shop and told the guy what to do. He soldered it and the console is like new now. Hope you can fix it!
