Busted serpentine belt / AC problems

Hello everybody I'm having a huge big deal with my Ford F-150 5.4 l 2009 .
About a week ago I busted a serpentine belt and replaced it the next day. I figured I broke a wire or something in the harness leading to the compressor since it's not kicking in. I double checked all the connections and all the wires and everything seems to be okay. What could be my problem?
I mean I know when a serpentine belt comes apart it comes apart in several pieces and could cause some huge problems I just want to know why my AC isn't working it also ripped off my fan clutch sensor but I replaced that.

Hook up a set of gauges and see if it still has any refrigerant. The belt could have nicked a line.
