Angry 2007 f150 temp control keeps going full hot

Once in a while I can get the climate control to stay in the cold position, but the temp **** is bumped ever so slightly it will go full and stay there . I have replaced the blend actuator twice and the climate module as well. I have removed fuse 5 & 13 turned the ignition on for 30 seconds to recalibrate and then reinstalled the fuses. When the ignition is turned back on you can hear the actuator moving l. But it always returns to the full hot position. What am I missing and what else can I try? Any help is appreciated.

I'm wondering if it is sticking then returning back to home position or full hot?

I am really not sure, guess I need to find a wiring diagram and start ringing wires out. Confusing to say the least. Has worked fine for a long time and about a month ago started getting slow to respond then went completely bonkers.
