My 2013 F-150 is blowing cold AC out of the defrost and the cooled seats seem to be operating properly but it is blowing ambient air temp out of the dash vents and the rear AC. Does anybody have a clue what could be causing this?

Sounds like a blend door issue. Since you have cold air atleast at defrost. See if it switchesbetween the different modes fine.
