I have a 2002 F150. The HVAC Floor Mode Door Actuator is bad. Hoses seem to have plenty of vacuum, but the door only opens slightly and occasionally all the way to allow heat through to floor vents. I removed the 2 screws holding it on but there's not enough room to get it out. Also, how do you disconnect the rod inside?
