2001 F250 AC not blowing cold

The issue started a couple years ago. It would blow cold for a little while and then blow hot. After a little while it would blow cold for a little bit and then hot again. I do not use the truck much so didnt really do much with it. Today I bought a can of AV pro to try and get it going as now its nothing but hot air. I put the gauge on it as per the directions. The gauge reads like 120psi and should be in the 35-55psi range according to the directions. This is all, while the clutch is not turning. I can turn the clutch by hand while motor is off. When I unplug the compressor and put a meter to the jack I get 12V and all fuses are good and I swapped relays so thats not it. Getting voltage at the compressor confirms that. I stopped trying to add gas and wondering if I should try again as the ACPro says try adding half a can to see if clutch starts to spin. Any ideas?
Thank you!
Bill
