possible Blend door acting up, any help?
Hey,
Got a 06 lariat 4x4.. got a blend door acting up maybe... with the truck started or just turned to alt.. can hear it, it clicks almost sounds like the cd player is trying to change cds but it does it with no CDs in at all.. everything works fine just has the clicking noise ... any clues or advice on what to check? it is definantly behind the radio somewere.

Hi VaOutlaw,
Did you ever figure this out? My 2003 Screw sounds like the same thing. Even when the blower is off, it still clicks. When I turn the temp down to cold, the clicking slows down and becomes intermittent, but is still there. The fan works as it should. The temp works as it should. The clicking gets louder as I turn the fan up.
