2006 Mark LT A/C problem

I have an 2006 Mark LT and I am having a/c problems. Just wanna see if anyone has any ideas what it might be. It blows hot and cold and the recirculation door is working. The problem is the air is blowing out all the vents. It dont matter which button I push (floor, vent, defrost, etc) it never changes. The best way to run it right now is in AUTO. Any idea what the problem may be or any way to trouble shoot it? I'm leaning towards the control head. Is there anyway to fix or trouble shoot it? Thanks for any help.

Also, I just tried blocking the air flow to the floor thinking it might blow out the dash vents a little harder but it didn't seem to help none. I seen a forum on here about rebiulding EATCs but I'm not sure this thing has vacuum lines hooked to it. It lookes more electrical than mechanical.
