04 f150 A/C issue?

I have a 2004 F150(new body) brand new compressor, drier, filter(in tube) and adequately charged...I have installed 2 16" High power fans on radiator and 2 10" pusher fans on condenser. All four fans are pushing/pulling massive air and a/c is not cold. I even rerouted the heater hose to quit going into heater box and still warm air. clutch is engaging as normal and the line on top of compressor is ice cold but no cold air. climate control buttons all work(well they light up-digital controls). going down the freeway its maybe cool but not much. any ideas? its 115+ outside!!!

Check both lines at the evaporator inlet. If both are cold,he problem in in the cabin.

If both are not cold, then you need to get a set of gauges on there so you can measure the actual pressures.
