93 F150 Water spraying noise from dash

Hey all. I have read some older posts on what might be the cause of this but i was wondering if anyone had the same issue and found the right solution. There were many ideas as you can imagine but this is not my daily driver and dont want to put much money into trial and error. It has over 90k on the motor and the issue is, when you start the truck up and when you mash on the accelerator, you hear water spraying under the dash. Nothing comes out, just sounds like it is being forced in or out of the heater core area. This is a XL truck so i would notice really quick if water was coming out into the floor area. I took it to a local shop and the guy told me that the ac condenser was clogged and that he ran a small piece of hose in there and drained some water out. But when i got back on the road, it started again. Is that in fact the case? If so where is the drain hole so that i can unclog it? Others have said heater core, change, flush, burp, and so on. What is the fix exactly? Its really annoying driving it. Makes me think something is wrong with it. Its not the sloshing sound or draining sound others have stated. This is a spraying sound while driving and during start up.

Have you tried bypassing the heater core? On my dads 89 je had the same problem for a couple of months amd then the heater core exploded when taking off from a red light

It's spraying water, not coolant.
