No heat

Had my temp control head unit replaced at ford. I explained to them my issues and they assured me it was the unit. Well that fixed my max AC going from vents to defrost. However, there is minimal heat coming from the vents. Think I'm going to replace the thermostat first. Is there anything else that could be causing this problem?

Thanks,
Rocky

Ordered blend door at a third of the cost online versus parts house. Heater core cheaper at parts house than online. Bout to tear open dash and replace blend thought I'd change heater core while we are there. Hopefully this solves my NO HEAT issue.
