2012 F150 AC blower clicking/rubbing

Proud owner of a 2012 Eco KR and loving it. Just recently Ive noticed a clicking/rubbing sound coming from the blower fan (behind the glove box). The rate of the noise increases with the higher fan speeds. I assume something fell in vent during manufacturing or fan mount is off. Anyone else have this happen to you? Dropped it at dealer this morning. They better not say, "We dont hear anything".

Per the dealer, its the heater core insulation rubbing the fan. The insulation is either too thick or it has come loose and contacting the fan. They have had 2 other 2010-12 with same problem. Ordered new heater core.

Im chicken. Truck is too tight and quiet inside (aside from slight rub of blower fan) to have the dealer pull the entire dash. Im going to live with it for now.
