Allow me to start from the beginning lol!

Ok so I have a 2010 f150 lariat 4x4. Last summer, While i was at work a cat climbed underneath my truck and was laying in the fans behind the radiator. UNKNOWINGLY is started the vehicle, and well...u know the rest. After cleaning the fans etc...everything seemed fine. Well, after driving off about 20 minutes later I noticed what i believed to be the "low speed or high speed" fan sounding like it was working double time...I mean it was LOUD! I take my truck to the local ford company, they notice that one of the blades on the fan had been chopped off. They ordered a new fan assembly, in which included both fans and replaced it. The same thing is still happening, when I run the a/c or when Im sitting still, I can hear when the fan kicks in and it's really loud.

If my truck wasn't under warranty, I probably wouldn't worry about it as much, but it is and I wanted it fixed. They say this sound is normal...but i've NEVER heard one this loud on any f150 and several of my buddies have 150's.
