02 Supercrew Heat Problem Help?

has the digital control on dash, heater is luke warm, and no floor air, just panel and defrost, coolant full, thermostat working, both heater core hoses pretty warm but can hold onto them, both same temp, back flushed today no help, same result, when go from 90 to 60 the air does cool rt off, but @ 90 its luke warm at best, leave on high all the time still not comfortable, seems as if the blend door maybe not closing tight for the heat? faulty head unit?

If the coolant lines are only 90 degrees, you have a coolant circulation problem. The supply line should be close to 200F.
