ok well ill make it simple the contorl switch is what i think is the problem its not working correct. well sometimes it does. alright the switch im talking about is the one that controls where the air flow goes. the off part works as well as the a/c and the max it kicks the a/c compressor on and works like it should. the problem im having is. it doesnt matter if i put it in deforst, vent, floor, ect. it blows out of every where, other then when its in the a/c and max mode the compressor is turning but other then that, its basically turned into an on/off switch for the whole hvac system, and i havent touched anything it just randomly started doing it, then about the time i was going to look into it it started working. then started doing this the other day, i made sure everything was plugged in well, i dont think this has any vac lines so im kinda lost. any help would be a help.

that was a good right up only thing is mine is an 07 with NO vac lines on the control panel, NONE not even one. im not sure if it drives vac solenoids and works like the old systems do or are the electronic. hard to believe that all the solenoids went out at the sametime if thats how it works, i read something about a blend door foam falling but my temp works just fine as well as the a/c comp comes on with the correct postions only thing it blows out of every vent no matter where its turned to, i.e. i put it in floor only on heat it blow out of defrost, floor, reg, everywhere. if i turn it to a different postiton its the same thing only difference i get is rather or not the compressor is engaged or not, and thats only when the switch is in the max or ac. which tells me the switch is acting ok to my knowleage, i dont know much about this newer electronic hvac system. and it just randomly started doing this one night and hasnt worked right since.

 

alright i did find something it called a mode door. the write took me a while to find it was a little old. but ill post it for anyone else looking to find it. and i will see what i can find about it im not looking foward to removing my whole dash
