Ok, so i have hot heat and cold air, but when i use my heat, it wont actually start blowing heat until i get on the truck and you hear a pop. now i figured it would be the blend assembly, but i was reading and they said that it could also be my controls. let me say that it only blows on the high setting.. what could that be? its it a wire or the whole control unit? and as for the blend assembly i feel it just sticks, but i dont know why. appreciate the help

 

If it only works on hi, you need to replace the fan resistor mounted to the heat/ac box.

 

my 08 only blows full hot or full vent or a/c if i choose. if i put the thermostat anywhere in between hot or cold it makes a constant light clicking noise but still only comes out whichever it was on last. so if i have it on heat, then turn it to cold but only a 1/4 inch above where it stops on the cold area, it will still come out like i have it on full heat. also sometimes it takes like 10 mins before it will switch.
