A/C Compressor, clutch and bearing issues

I have a 2004 EB Expedition, all day Friday my air worked great and made no sounds. Later that evening the air quit cooling and when I popped the hood with the A/C controls off the compressor pulley was barely turning and the belt was hot. Tonight I removed the fan belt and spun the compressor and pulley. The compressor made no sounds and turned smoothly with almost no resistance. The pulley turned making a grinding sound, so I know that bearing is bad. Does that sound normal for the compressor? Should I replace the clutch too (the Expo only has 61k miles)? Thanks for any help.

Replace the pulley and the hub.
