ac clutch problems - please help

my ac clutch fell of my 2000 f150. I replaced the clutch assembly with a new set from autozone. I got it working and it was engaging. I did not know that the clutch would engage and disengage so i thought i had the gaps wrong. I made it closer, then put no spacers in. i have tried all the spacers again. i have good pressure, my fuses and relays are good, I'm jumping the low pressure switch or think i am, which should make the clutch engage but it does not. Any Ideas?

put it back to how you had it when it was working. If you have too much air gap the clutch can't reach the front plate of the compressor

The same thing happen to me last month and I bought the Autozone clutch kit too.

.020 to .025 clearance worked good for me.
