F250 Harley/electronic control: Air blows out of defrost

Are the blend doors and directional doors vacuum operated or electric actuator? Mine is blowing out of the defrost no matter where you set the direction but will sometimes change to the dash vents. Wondering if its a vacuum leak or an electric motor problem.
I have the electronic control not the *****.

Any help appreciated

Exact same thing is happening to my 1997 F150. I have electronic controls as well.
This might help though.

Do a google search using "F250 air comes out of defrost only". Must be a common problem with the amount of hits you'll get.
