Post AC drainage port on 1999 Ford Expi.

Anybody know where the AC condensation drainage port is on a 1999 Ford Expi. A nasty smell has developed because of the condensation not draining out properly. I have followed the owners manual on the specifics of operation and I have also taken it to the dealer once. The unplugged and drained the AC drainage port and treated the system with some type of chemical air freshener. It worked great for three weeks and then the smell slowly came back. I have not noticed any condensation draining out under the truck since before I took it to the dealer. I would like to be able to clear the drain myself and keep an eye on it. Thanks in advance. Jake.

Can't imagine that its not draining at all, you would flood out the front seat. After running of any duration, when I park my Expy the water runs out under the truck and down the driveway in a pretty good stream. I know there is an after market product you can get, spray into the inlet, cowling, supposed to kill off the smelly fungus etc. Most dealers have it, though once you know what it is, you can probably get it for half somewhere else.

Talking How to unplug AC drain line

First find the drain line. Use compressed air to blow back the line. Use as small amount of pressure as needed. If that doesn't work get some heavy gauge string trimmer line. Pull the trimmer line until it is straight and thread it into the drain line to remove any debris (like a roto-rooter), then use compressed air to finish up. Worked everytime on my old Mustang
