Does anyone have a pic of where the A/C high pressure switch is on an 03 f150. Thanks

 

Don't have a pic right now, but on my '99 5.4, it's in the AC line running along the passenger side of the engine. You really can't miss it. (The low-pressure switch is hidden under a bunch of stuff, and is on the accumulator).

If you still can't find it, post up, and I'll see if I can go snap something for you.

The HPCO will be mounted on the hard line that runs from the compressor to the condenser.

Roughly, behind the passenger side headlight.

 

I thought that was it. Just wanted to be sure. I'm going to try and replace it with an Everco trinary switch to run my e-fans. Which brings up my next BIG question: I was told that high pressure switch can be removed without evacuating the system because it's on a Schrader valve. True or false? Thanks for the help, guys.
