Don't have a pic right now, but on my '99 5.4, it's in the AC line running along the passenger side of the engine. You really can't miss it. (The low-pressure switch is hidden under a bunch of stuff, and is on the accumulator).

If you still can't find it, post up, and I'll see if I can go snap something for you.

The HPCO will be mounted on the hard line that runs from the compressor to the condenser.

Roughly, behind the passenger side headlight.

HPCO switch

I thought that was it. Just wanted to be sure. I'm going to try and replace it with an Everco trinary switch to run my e-fans. Which brings up my next BIG question: I was told that high pressure switch can be removed without evacuating the system because it's on a Schrader valve. True or false? Thanks for the help, guys. I appreciate it.
