Heater Core

As some of you may know i recently bought a bronco because they wouldn't let me park trashy truck in the neighborhood. Well the bronco has been having some issues ever since i bought it (but i can't complain since i only paid $800). what i'm guessing is the heater core has failed, smoke is blowing from the vents (which i'm guessing is a gas caused from heated anti freeze) and anti freeze is pouring from under the dash of the passenger side.
Anyway know how to replace this or better yet by pass it? How much of a pain is it going to be to replace? thanks in advance,
Will

To replace it you will have to pull the dash. If you want to bypass it, find the 2 heater hoses going into the firewall from the engine compartment. disconnect the hoses at the firewall and find a way to loop them together. You should be able to track down a fitting that will fit in both, them clamp them.
