A/c not blowing out as strong as it should

I have a 2004 f150 here over seas in iraq its extremly hot so I would to figure out how to fix this problem. Its extrremly dusty so maybe an airfilter could be clogged? Not sure but the a/c blows out very weak.

Try cleaning the condenser, looks like the radiator but its in front of the radiator.
More than likely its the typical weak cooling problem everyone else deals with on 04s. Do a search here on the subject.

If it's the cabin airflow that is weak, first check to see if your truck is equipped with a cabin air filter. If not, pull the blower motor and see if the evaporator core is plugged with dust or other foreign stuff.

If cabin outlet air velocity is okay but the cooling is "weak", see Torkum's suggestion.
