after numerous "searches" i still need help......on my 99 expedition with EATC the front A/C only blows hot while rear A/C works fine. However when I use max A/C it is still hot or if i change the temp settings from 60-90 or other direction, around 70-75 degrees the air seems like it is getting shut off and almost stops blowing... if I go colder or hotter i hear a "pop" coming from what appears to be the blend door and it stays on max heat. And still no A/C... I am planning on taking out the center console and trying to figure this out but looking for advice on what might be the culprit.

I have read that some problems can be A/C works going over bumps or sharp turns... doesn't work for me... and that Max A/C will still give cold A/C... doesn't work either... and no codes after doing self test.. just 888.........so please help...lol
