I have a 93 f150 with 4.9 auto.53,xxxx original miles barely have any warm air coming out of vents. seems to blow a little warmer(but not much) when im moving. almost cold air when sitting still. blend door is not brokeand seems to be working fine. hoses to heater core are very warm. temp guage is about 1/8-1/4 from cold. radiator is full. blower fan is working fine. any suggestions as to what my problem is?

 

If both heater hoses are hot, you'd best re-evaluate your opinion about the blend door.

 

I will double check today. i checked yesterday and it seemed to be moving fine though it is kind of hard to get to. the cable is working properly and i can feel a door opening and closing.
