vaccuum connection under dash?

Does anyone know where the vaccuum connection that comes in through the firewall connects to? My ac is blowing out of the defrost so i did some searching and found a hose just hanging under the dash. Now i cant find where to reconnect it. Does anyone know?

Thanks in advance,
JJ

Check the vacuum line as it runs behind the battery. It often breaks there due to battery fumes.

This is not the cause. The vacuum hose i have under the dash comes from the reservoir behind the battery.
