Defroster problems

It's cold, cold, cold here in SD and a bad time for my defroster to quit. I have good airflow everywhere but out of the defrost which is weak at best. I'm speculating that the damper could be bound up. Anyone have suggestions? Is it easy to get to?

See the heater treater videos, they might provide you some info, I think you have a 2006.
