Replacing Heater core

hey,

I have a 01 f150 supercrew larait, 5.4 v8. I think the heater core is going out. The heater will work but it sure takes a while to get warm, and once it is warm it is not really hot air blowing out. I was wondering if anyone has replaced there own heater core? If so how hard was it?

That's what they install at the factory.
