Creaking noise

I'm the proud new owner of a 2007 F150. Love the truck but a few days after pulling off the lot I noticed a creaking noise coming from the passenger side when I change the direction of the air flow. Doesn't matter if I am running the heat or a/c or how fast I have the fan going. If I switch it from defrost to say the floor I hear a semi loud slow creaking noise, almost like something needs to be lubed.

Truck is still under warranty for another 400 miles so I want to get it taken care of now. Thanks.

One of the air flow doors is in a bind or the actuator itself is making the noise Hope the dealer will work with you because something will break over time.
