I have a 03 Ford and according to Ford my EATC is bad. I have a digital control with rear defrost. The problem is when I put my A/C on it will blow threw my defrost vents. Ford supposedly checked everything out and said there were no vacuum line leaks and that it was the EATC gone bad. This part is $740.00 and I've looked for replacements (junk yards, etc..) all over with no luck. I've read alot of your statements about how to rebuild this. Would this be my problem and is it the O-Rings?
